Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-4GB
OS/Compiler notes: 

When I open a file in kate which is on a remote PC (via ftp) and I want to save the \
file, kate tells me that file couldn't be saved although it will be saved. Maybe it's \
a race condition because the save-operation last at about 2 seconds. In kwrite this \
problem doesn't appear.
