We *don't* want to revert to previous versions in the CVS as it just causes 
problems. All I have asked WildFox to do is to mention what he is going to 
code before he does it so peopl can comment if needed.

I don't think people should wait for permission...but they should wait for 
others to have an opinion on if the commit is needed.
