Log Message:
- implemented "length" and accessing siblings with the same name via
array index operator, fixes the form.html example and probably quite
a few other sites
- added a DOM::element method getElementsByNameAttr, which returns
  a NodeList of child nodes matching the given name
- ok'ed by Harri
