Log Message:
Added a new initial state : STATE_STATING, in order to test if
the src url is a file or a directory. In case of a file, don't call
listRecursive and copy directly.
Had to fix a hack in stat (file.cc) for that.
Only one method, said Waldo, but it's going to be a big one :)

If somebody else can have a look at the scheduler... dead jobs take
all CPU, go defunct, aren't re-used...
