Log Message:
Updates for QStyle changes. B2/KDE no longer has huge buttons, and KStep can
now draw a external focus rectangle properly. Pillbox and Coldions have a
wrong focus rect now, I need to do some custom code for that. B2/KDE still
isn't the default yet because some slider hacking that's incomplete (I am
doing some hacking not supported by QStyle for the ticks).
