Log Message:
- it's now possible to have a biiiiiig toolbar (configure with kcmkonq)
- some work on embedding (not finished, though!)
- bugfix: set membervariable m_pInterface to 0L in the destructor of
  KonqMainWindow since *we* actually freed the interface, so we have to
  avoid OPMainWindow doing the same thing again.
