SVN commit 484429 by larkang:

Lots of bug-fixes:
* Fix random-mode and repeat
* Fix auto-play when inserting a new CD
* Make sure the Play/Pause button is updated
* Don't change the time-slider when dragging it,
  so it's possible to change track-position
* Make the volume-label show the correct volume
* Set a default for the audio-device in digital mode

And possible some other things I forgot
