From kde-bugs-dist Fri Aug 31 21:22:51 2001 From: Cristian Tibirna Date: Fri, 31 Aug 2001 21:22:51 +0000 To: kde-bugs-dist Subject: Bug#31014: KDE doesn't save the windows' geometry. X-MARC-Message: https://marc.info/?l=kde-bugs-dist&m=99929375825608 Hmmm... All these are very strange. I wonder if your problems aren't very specific to Mandrake RPMs. It wouldn't be the first time they quite screw the KDE compilation. Unfortunately I can't help you much with this, as I don't have the problems at all and I don't use Mandrake RPMs. I would strongly recommend you to search info in some larger forums (like the comp.windows.x.kde newsgroup or the kde-user and kde-devel mailing list) and maybe on Mandrake-users mailing lists. Also, I would recommend you to keep an eye on the Mandrake upgrade ftp sites. It is very possible that they provide corrected packages in the near future. Thanks a lot for your reports. Please, consider to close this bug (sending a mail to 31014-close@bugs.kde.org at the moment you will have fixed packages for Mandrake) -- Cristian Tibirna .. tibirna@sympatico.ca PhD Student .. ctibirna@giref.ulaval.ca .. www.giref.ulaval.ca/~ctibirna KDE contact - Canada .. tibirna@kde.org .. www.kde.org On Monday 27 August 2001 15:56, you wrote: > Em Dom 26 Ago 2001 19:50, você escreveu: > > On Sunday 26 August 2001 19:59, you wrote: > > > Em Sab 25 Ago 2001 22:03, você escreveu: > > > > Please, be a bit more explicit about this. > > > > > > > > What application doesn't save it's "personal geometry"?
