Please, be a bit more explicit about this.

What application doesn't save it's "personal geometry"? When - when quitting 
application or when quitting whole KDE session? When does KDE put window out 
of the screen? When you choose max aspect or when you bring back an app whose 
window was full aspect last time you used it? What app. is that? Netscape by 
any chance?
