Package: unknown
Version: unknown (using KDE 2.1.2 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Red Hat Linux 7.1
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-81)
OS:                Linux 2.2.17-8smp i686
OS/Compiler notes:

Currently, when a user tries to unmount a device with open files, KDE reports \
`umount: mendium is busy'. This doesn't tell users what's actually using the device, \
gicing them the information needed to fix the problem.

KDE should say something more like

`Cannot unmount the disk. It is being used by'
<list of applications>

The list of applications should not include child processes if the parent is already \
listed. If the list is long, it should be shortened with a `more info' box to get the \
full list.

It might include where each process is running and perhaps links to the task if they \
are X related, though this needs more consideration.
