Hi all,

I hope that this information is useful for you guys (i.e. the developer of 
Konqueror) to debug this app. Make sure you freshly logon with KDE and
don't open any windows yet.

First open a new Konqueror window, then type in an address and make sure that 
the page is long enough that it needs to scroll (a good example would be 
http://slashdot.org or http://www.theregister.co.uk).

Try to scroll around, then open one of the link (e.g. slashdot comments page) 
with middle button (to open the link with a new window) and scroll around in 
this newly opened page.

Then close the last window (the slashdot comment page) and then try to scroll 
around the first page. The wheel stopped working. Voila!

The following sequence will not stop the wheel mouse from working. (Make sure 
it's a fresh KDE logon)

Open a new Konqueror window, then open another by clicking the toolbar below. 
Both windows should be long enough that we can scroll. Then close the first 
one. The second will still be accepting mouse wheel.
