OS/Compiler notes: 

The help for KDVI shows a different dialog for settings DVI options from the one that \
actually pops up when I click on DVI options in the settings menu. What's missing is \
a field to enter the PK font path. That is, there is no way to configure the font \
path in the version of KDVI I have.
