Running sid. Before maximizing any window to test the bug, make sure that you uncheck 'Allow moving and resizing of maximized windows' in the Look & Feel/Window Behavior/Advanced tab. Otherwise, maximizing a window does change the size of the window but really just leaves it as an unmaximized window. Maximize a window (the control center window will probably be convenient). Type the 'Window Operations Menu' key (Default is Alt-F3). The menu should not work. (Submitted via bugs.kde.org)
