Package: configure
Version: KDE 2.2.0 Alpha1
Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

While compiling kdesupport, kdeslibs and kdebase manually, i've got a serious \
compile-problem, which prevent me from linking the executables. Everything was fine \
for kdelibs and kdesupport. While searching for the problem i've found out, that at \
only one point all makefiles refers to /opt/kde instead of the right /opt/kde2. In \
/opt/kde resides my old KDE1, in /opt/kde2 KDE2. After moving /opt/kde and linking \
/opt/kde to /opt/kde2 everything was fine. Unfortunality I can't reproduce the Bug \
for now (because i've deleted KDE1 :-). Now I've a mix of /opt/kde and /opt/kde2 in \
the Makefiles.

Maybe you should use a global variable for the KDE-Root and refer to this instead of \
the absolute Path...
