The following occured just after pressing ok, setting my walpaper to a jpeg 
image. I have seen a similar bug on other systems using this feature. it 
seems the wallpaper is still applied, the user just gets a crash alert.

what info can i provide more of to make this bug reporting more valuable?

i have one wish to request of kde: speed up the kmail spooler, seems to take 
a long time to send emails through kmail.
