Package: kdm
Version: kde-2.1b
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: sources 29 dec 2000

would it be possible to a remote login to another
machine functionality directly from the kdm window,
where it will start a new (X-)session. After connecting
to the other machine, the kdm from that (remote) machine
should be displayed. The user can than select the
login he wants use. This option is available in
the login manager from sun, and is sometimes very
usefull.

The selectors to add to kdm, are something like:
- remote login - via ip address
               - via hostname

Looking forward to see this functionality incorperated,

Richard Bos
