This is simple.  Enable "menubar at top of screen" located here: \
controlcenter---->LookNFeel---->Themes---->Style---->OtherSettingsforDrawing

The start Konqueror, open some page, and select from the menu at the top of the \
screen:  Window---->fullScreenMode or press Ctrl+Shift+F

Problem: konqueror does not respect menubar (as it should) and toolbar is obscured by \
menu.  (Make sure toolbar is located at top of Konqueror window).  Toolbar is now \
hidden behind the menubar.

Problem is further enhanced because I'm using a large font on the menubar, so buttons \
are nearly inaccessible.
