I also noticed that if you press ALT-F2 the "run" dialog looses focus if you 
have kicker running AND autohide. If you turn autohide offf, like you said, 
the dialog keeps focus. This is also a problem when pressing ALT+TAB for 
switching between windows. Another problem is under Enlightenment the windows 
"flicker-focus" when you have kicker running. I also heard that people are 
having trouble with Corel-WordPerfect for Linux using KDE-2, and its probably 
related to this strange kicker behaviour.
