When I get disconnected by my ISP, kppp immediately tries to re-dial
(since I checked that option), but while the log window is still at the ATZ stage
(and then during the dialing stage), the progress window already says "logging on to network".
This makes the timeout for no answer occur, since it's still dialing at that point.
The whole sequence is screwed up, basically.

If I restart kppp, everything works fine again (except that I have to wait for a timeout
on the ISP side, because it gets quite confused by this apparently).

Looks like some flag that isn't properly resetted when re-dialing, kppp thinks
it can log in before even dialing.

This used to work fine, e.g. at KDE 2.0 time, IIRC.
