If you´ve a taskbar entry with for example a file download its taskbar-entry changes every few seconds (from 95 % ... to 96% ...).
If you move you mouse over this taskbar-entry a tooltip appears but it doesn´t change if the taskbar-entry changes.
ok ... only very very small bug

btw ... why does the tooltip jump away if you move your mouse over it ?
