When the window of the kmail message composer is not wide
enough, the window does not scroll back to the leftmost position when word-wrapping while you are typing.

Reproducing:
- open kmail
- select new message
- decrease the width so that the complete line does not
  fit in the window
- type text until word wrapping

IMHO, the behaviour should be that when jumping to a new line, the text should be visible from beginning, i.e. the
horizontal scrolling position should be leftmost.
