Accounting (Setup:Edit...:Accounting:Enable accounting) can not be
used to switch off accounting: If one disables 'Enable accounting',
clicks on OK in 'Edit account' window and the chooses 'Edit...' again,
the 'Enable accounting' button is enabled again.
