When running Exceed and trying to launch KDE through:
	export DISPLAY=192.168.0.4:0.0; startkde &

An application called klipper prevents the normal session startup.

Killing the PID for klipper allows the session to start normally.

This is with Exceed 6.1 running on Win98/SE.
