In the Settings -> Configure submenu:

Selecting any kcontrol module from the Configure submenu will crash
konqueror.

The modules are:

File Manager
File Associations
--
Browsing
Internet Keywords
Cookies
Proxies
--

However, any changes made by clicking "OK" or "Apply" are saved
(therefore making this bug only normal in severity).

(This is a more general version of bug #5813 and #5811 under kcmshell).
