As you can see, I need a different "DecimalSymbol" for French than
for English, since in Québec they do not use the same system as in
the rest of Canada. Right now, kcontrol cannot read different
DecimalSymbol for different languages.

I have the same problem for "MoneyDecimalSymbol", "ThousandsSeparator",
"MonetaryDecimalSymbol", "MonetaryThousandsSeparator" and
"PrefixCurrencySymbol".

I also have another bug related to that, and I will do a separate bug
report for it. For practical reasons, I am including it here as well:

It seems that there is no way to specify a space has a money separator.

Putting a space after the "=" won't work, and I have not found another
way do it.
