One option of XMMS is to have the Always on Top enabled so that the
window is always on top.  Unfortunately, since kwin doesn’t support this
feature, the option is useless.  It would be great if kwin could support
the Always on Top feature.

Steps using XMMS
1) Start XMMS (or any application that allows Always on Top)
2) Right click on XMMS’ display and select option > Always on Top
3) Start another application like xterm for example
4) Move that new window over XMMS > XMMS goes under xterm
