KDE Version: 1.1.1

I am only able to play an audio CD, without the CD player stopping at the
end of each track, prior to starting X and the KDE desktop (using cdp from the
terminal). The KDE CDplayer will, for whatever reason, play random order
without stopping, however not continuous from track 1 through to the end. I
am using the OSS sound drivers since my sound card is an embedded crystal 4380
PCI chipset on an Intel 440LX chipset w/ a 400Mhx Celeron. Nothing strange
about this hardware configuration.

I have tried this with both Mandrake 6.0
and 6.1, Redhat 5.1 and 6.1 with kernels ranging from 2.2.10-2.2.13

Thanks in advance, for any advice,
Gerry
