Package: kpanel
Version: 0.20.0

raise.tcl include the foolowing lines:
    toplevel .grp0
    raise .grp0
message .grp0.msg -text "Now the raise command finished"
pack .grp0.msg -side top -fill both

If you invoke wish -f raise.tcl
the raise command sleeps a few seconds and then the text appear.
If you kill kpanel all works fine.
It depends on function "XCheckWindowEvent".

I am using SuSe 6.3 kernal version 2.2.14
wish8.0
kde 1.1.2.

In the previous version of KDE 1.1.0 all works fine
