When I star a stand alone JAVA programme (using Sun JDK 1.2.2), the
application don't have border and title bar as the other kde application.
This is a bug of kde because I don't have de same result on gnome and on
others window manager using the same program (on other window manager the 
same program had correct border).

I'm using Linux mandrake 7.0, kernel version 2.2.14-15mdk
(Sorry if my english is a little poor, but I hope that I had clearly
describe the problem)
