Hi there.

I used the kcmkpanel configuration tool to set 'Location right' and
'Style Tiny'; after that kpanel refused to start and I had to edit
kpanelrc by hand.

I use SuSE 6.0-6.3 (a mixture), kernel 2.2.10 (self-compiled), glibc
2.1.2 and KDE 1.1.2
