OK, I'm not quite sure if this is a bug or a feature (for what, I'm not
sure), but I found nothing relating to it in the docs ... In konsole,
Meta-Control (Well, Alt-Control here but I assume it stays the same) sends
out an (I believe) escape character. No other terminal program I have
(including kvt) does this, nor does the Linux console. Therefore, I
assume it to be a bug (It gets sent a lot when I try to ctrl-alt-fn out of
X and hit alt-control in that order)

I'm on Slackware 3.4, kernel 2.2.5 with libc 5.4.46
