When I create a new World Wide Web URL on my desktop under FreeBSD 3.4,
using KDE 1.1.2, the default attributes of the .kdelnk file are user,
group and world readable, and NOT writable by the user. Hence, when I try
to enter and save the URL that it points to it borks.

I suggest that the default attributes be user, group and world readable,
and user writable.
