Package: kdebase Version: 1.1.2 jgarza@mail.com reported the following bug in kfm(?): When he calls the context- menu of the desktop a selects no item for several times, the system locks up an canīt get working again, unless a hard- reboot is done. I cold reproduce the bug in kde 1.1.2. Additionally I can say: The context- menu seems to work (items like "refresh" can be selekted, and the system wonīt lock up), but not the submenus (theyīre not responding to a click, they arenīt highlighted when the mouse is above them, and they will disappear, if the cursor leaves the area of the underlieing context- menu). After leaving the context- menu by clicking on the desktop the system stays up for approx. a minute. Iīve tried to kill X Server, kwm, kfm, kpanel... but it doesnīt preserve the system from beeing freezed. In KDE 1.0 I coldnīt repeat the bug. Iīm using SuSE 6.3, Kernel 2.2.13, gibc 2.1 I would like to help, if you tell me how :-)
