When I use KDE for a while, widgets (textboxes, pulldowns, etc.) in almost all programs (netscape, kpm, staroffice, etc.) lose their 3D quality and become flat. Links in netscape become off-color and the grey-ish rows in kpm become white. If I switch to another workspace and back, they repaint themselves properly and are 3D again for a little while. This problem does not seem to exist in enlightenment or windowmaker. Running: KDE 1.1.1, Linux 2.2.10, SuSE 6.2, Voodoo3 AGP, XFree86 3.3.4 Thanks for any help you can give. --dg
