again: can't compile under tcsh-environment :-(((((
CXXFLAGS= -O2 -Wall : Command not found.

this bug was already fixed, but it`s happend again!

How to repeat the error -------------------

use tcsh or csh, project/build

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

use an old version beta2 or beta3???
or never use csh :((
