When I address a mail message as follows:

To: a
Cc: b, c

It gets sent to 'a', but b & c do not get the mail message and postmaster sends
me a message back with the following type of error:


 ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<b, c>
	(expanded from: <b, c>)

... while talking to mailhost.foo.com.:
>>>> RCPT To:<b,c@mailhost.foo.com>
<<< 550 <b,c@mailhost.foo.com>... User unknown
550 <b,c>... User unknown

But in the message 'a' recieves, the Cc: line is formatted properly

Cc: b@mailhost.foo.com, c@mailhost.foo.com
