Bug Description ---------------------------
 
I want a QT only project without KED so I can port it to
MS Windows.  The MS windows distibution is QT 2.0.
I want to compile app with QT 2.0 on Linux even though
Kdevelop is using QT 1.4x.  I can do this using tmake.
The wizard lets me select linking without KDE but I cannot
configure a project without it validating KDE and QT can
link an app.
 
I can run configure with "--with-qt-dir" to define my QT2.0
directory, but I cannot configure witout KDE.
 
 
How to repeat the error -------------------
 
 
 
Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------
 
Use tmake in place of configure to gen Makefile.
