System : stock RedHat 5.2 on Pentium II, upgraded to Linux 2.2.9
X-Window : XFree 3.3.2, 1280x1024 pixels, 24 bits color depth
Hello,
when I use X with a 1280x1024 pixels resolution, there is a small
problem
with mots Kde screen savers (I mainly use "bouboule"). When the
screen saver runs, a grey rectangular bar appears on the screen behind
the screen saver's drawings.
The top of the bar follows the mouse position and draws down to the
bottom of the screen. The bar is about 100 pixels wide.
This bug also appeared with Kde 1.1.1 in 1280x1024 pixels. It is not
present in 1024x768 pixels.
PS: besides of this very little annoying bug, I would like to send many,
many thanks to the Kde team. I've been using it for two years, and
I'm very satisfied and confident with it. Please keep on!
