Bug Description ---------------------------

I start kdevelop (and don't open  or create a proyect file),
and push in the Tools menu and select some tool
 (kdbg for example). The aplication
carsh and core file it's generated.

If start kdevelop and open a proyect file (or create),
and repeat the operation, the aplication don't crash. 

If  start kdevelop, and open a proyect file (or create).
I close the proyect file, and repeat operation the aplication
crash.


How to repeat the error -------------------

Whout open or create a proyect file, push in the tools menu
and select some tool. (kdbg or kiconedit for example).
