The addressbook in kmail does not seem to work. I get an empty addressbook
dialog without any of the entries I created using kab (which works
flawlessly btw). The "OK" and "Cancel" buttons both close the addressbook
dialog and the "Add" and "Remove" buttons have no effect at all.

Distribution: Mandrake 6.0

Environment: Kernel 2.2.9, glibc 2.1.1
