Compiling on AIX 4.1.5.0
Compiler g++
gnu linker building shared libraries

the following problems were found compiling kdelibs on AIX:
in kdecore:
ksock.cpp
sys/select.h, and strings.h need to be included. (this is to define fd_set and
bzero respectively)

RLIMIT_NOFILE is not defined, so getdtablesize needs to be used

kprocess.cpp
sys/select.h needs to be included (to define fd_set).
