In addition to what he reported, I think that in my case a wrong PGP Signature appears if and only if I have used "Cut and Paste" to paste some text into my email, when I wrote it. If I do not use "Cut and Paste" the PGP signature seems to be added correctly. I've not encountered this problem while using PGP 2.6.3i.
