Subject: Bug#1356: kflame.kss ignores MaxLevels parameter

kflame.kss seems to ignore the value of the MaxLevels parameter.

"kflame.kss -setup" allows me to change the value stored in
$HOME/.kde/share/config/kflame.kssrc to a number in the range of 10 to
110, but it has no effect on the screensaver itself.

The screensaver should, as I understand it, wipe the screen with black
every few seconds, depending on the value of MaxLevels. That's what
happens in the little preview window. But when I run the screensaver
itself, it just keeps overdrawing itself, turning into an ugly mess of
color.

My current kflame.kssrc looks like:

# KDE Config File
[Settings]
MaxLevels=10
Speed=50
NumPoints=11000

I am using RedHat 5.2, kernel version 2.0.36-3, and libc 5.3.12-28.
