Hello,

in kdebase/debian/rules, kvt ist made suid root. This leads to
problems with saving the options when the user home is NFS mounted.

The kvt maintainer l.widdershoven@fz-juelich.de says, kvt should not
be suid root. Maybe the same is true for konsole, I do not know.
