Package: kpanel, kscd, kmix
Versions: kpanel-0.20.0, kscd-1.2.5, kmix-1.44

Bugs: Not serious - merely an annoyance.

1. kscd and kmix forget their sticky bit status on restart into the panel.
2. When the window sticky bit is set and they are then minimised into the panel,
kmix and kscd lose their sticky attribute DISPLAY on the window and are no
longer sticky when restored by clocking on the kpanel icon.

I am using RedHat 5.1++, kernel versions 2.0.36, 2.2.6, kde-1.1
