Subject: Bug#1220: When kde is started via rlogin locks up on logout.

Package: unknow, maybe kdelibs or kdebase ?
Version: KDE 1.1

When I from a machine rlogin to another machine and then run startkde
from that machine the local machine that I'm sitting at is locked
up upon logout (via the kpanel). This problem arrises when I'm sitting
at a slow machine (SGI Indy 500) and want to run kde on another machine
that has much more memoy and CPU power. At the xkm login prompt I use
the F1 button to get a bash window, there I write 'rlogin <fast
machine>' <return> cd /pathtokde/ <return> startkde Everything
runs perfect (and fast) until I want to exit kde, then it freezes before
the screen that tells which programs that will terminete. When, when
this happens I have to rlogin in from another machine and kill all the
prosesses to make the system run again.
I found out that killing the window that I started kde in is one
solution to avoid this bug, but then kde terminates rather nasty.
The machines I'm using is Indy500 and Sun Solaris Sparc 5, but I guess
this bug isn't machine dependent.
