Hello,

when the panel is not configured to autohide, it is possible to drag objects on
the application 'buttons' in the panel, which make the application start with
the object.

When 'autohide' is on, the panel does not pop up, when an object is dragged to
it, thus dropping something on an application is no longer possible.
