Package: kwm

I have two partially-overlapping kvt windows on the screen close to the
kpanel, and I have autoraise turned on in kwm.  I move the mouse from the
raised kvt window to kpanel to the other kvt window, which activates it
but does not raise it.  Autoraise seems to flake out a lot but this is the
most concrete example I could find.

I'm running RedHat 4.2 on an i686.
