I can't configure CenterTiled wallpaper WHEN using random wallpaper.
But I see no reason why this option should not be available when
using random wallpaper, since it would probably be just a matter
of one extra flag in whatever viewer is being used to set the wallpaper.
And the option does work when NOT using random wallpaper.
