Control center has a very annoying tendency to ignore the settting
of "Desktop->Style->Apply Fonts and colours to non-KDE apps".
It is always on every time control center starts up.
The setting causes serious problems for programs like RXVT,
and Netscape - running a certain Java applet under Netscape
and with KDE 1.1 causes a crash.

KDE also ignores the ~/.Xdefaults file, where I have resource
settings so programs can scroll using the wheel button on my
intellimouse (see http://www.inria.fr/koala/colas/mouse-wheel-scroll/ )

Currently the only way to fix the bug is to put a xrdb.kdelnk into
the Autostart directory, which runs "xrdb -load /home/blah/.Xdefaults"

I've reported the bug in the 1.1-pre1 series, and I am amazed that
this wasn't fixed for the -pre2 or the 1.1 release. Even lately
there have been security updates and minor bugfix releases
(eg. the new KDE redhat RPMS) and yet the bug is still here.

Will there be a 1.1.1 release ?
